MORE than two dozen flights have been cancelled in Spain’s Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas airport today due to the snowfall since 12pm today. There are expected to be further delays as from 2.15pm it is operating with three runways only and will be spacing out scheduled flights for security reasons.
Train Derails due to Bad Weather in Spain, Injured Passengers A train composition with 79 passengers traveling from Malaga to Seville came out of the rails in the Andalusian region of Spain and 21 people were injured, a local rescue service said, quoted by world agencies.
